1 min read

The Special Weekly Classes are for ALL LEVELS of students.

Whether you want to learn arm balances, practice handstands, build strength or flexibility, or simply enjoy a solid vinyasa class, you are welcome here.

You’ll be surrounded by like-minded yogis who want to learn and practice together, in a supportive and focused environment.

In our recent Special Yoga Classes, we focused on handstand drills using chairs, designed to build strength, awareness, and confidence in a safe and accessible way.

The chair-supported handstand drill allows you to:

  • Feel correct shoulder alignment and stacking

  • Shift weight into the hands without fear

  • Build strength and control before moving toward freestanding handstands

Handstands don’t improve overnight.

They improve through consistent practice, smart drills, and patience.

That’s exactly what the Special Weekly Classes are designed for.

These classes are not fixed or scripted.

They are shaped by:

  • Who shows up

  • What you want to learn

  • What will help you progress safely and effectively

✨ The February Special Yoga Class schedule is now open.

The schedule is fully driven by students who want to practice and grow together.

Looking forward to continuing the practice with you.
